We're looking for fun people to join our team of bartenders and baristas. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be available for both day and night shifts. Food and coffee service experience is a plus, but not a requirement. However, training will be provided for both coffee and food prep, as all roles play an important part of your role at The Radiator. Pay is $15.27/hr plus tips for an average of $22-$28 or more an hour. Bartending experience is required! Must be available weekends Ability to work well with a team in a fun and dynamic environment Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings, afternoons, midday, weekends, and/or holidays Meet operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, and accurate cash handling Must have reliable transportation Must be able to stand for entire shift and be able to lift 50lbs Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and friendly communication Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness
