Located in Capitol Hill/Golden Triangle Denver, we offer authentic Tapas, craft cocktails and a wonderful wine list of Spanish varietals . We are a scratch kitchen that takes pride in fantastic food, guest experience and beautiful wine and cocktails. Our Mission-- Our mission is to make this the most enjoyable restaurant to work in and the most enjoyable restaurant to dine in . This is the reason we are here. This is why we do what we do.
We are looking for individuals that share a love for great food, wine and more. Being family owned means we are not bound by the limitations of corporate restaurants and we emphasize creativity. The ideal candidate is looking to learn and be apart of our growing concept. While we take our jobs very seriously, we also like having fun! We love to hustle and get better everyday, but we also love to do it while laughing and having fun... and yes, that is possible. Are you the next great addition to our team? We look forward to finding out!! We are closed every Monday, most major Holiday's, and honor time off with proper advance notice. Shifts will be Tuesday through Friday dinner only and on Saturday and Sunday, we open at 4:00 pm. In times vary based on the day but most nights our staff is finished by 11:30pm. This is not a tipped pool house!!! Our staff earn a lot of money while only tipping out a few support team members. We would love to meet you in person so come by and drop off your resume to Brian, between 2 pm and 3:30 pm. We are also accepting resumes via email. from you!
