Join Our Team at Cliffside Bar & Grille!
Position:
Bartender/Server (Part-Time) We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time Bartender/Server. If you have experience in the hospitality industry, are skilled in bartending and serving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Bartend and serve patrons with a smile and enthusiasm. Ability to work both behind the bar and on the floor as a server. Interact with customers, take orders, and ensure a memorable dining experience. Multi-task efficiently and adapt to working alone during certain shifts. Knowledgeable about drink recipes, menu items, and able to make recommendations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender and server is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently during shifts. Strong customer service orientation. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Must be at least 21 years old.
