Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Manage POS systems such as Toast POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages promptly to keep up with high demand during busy hours. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with POS systems including Toast POS for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple orders while maintaining high-quality service standards. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and drink recipe calculations accurately. Prior experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable. Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively .
