This is more than just tending bar. We're looking for individuals who can create memorable experiences, build genuine connections with guests, and help establish The Caldwell as one of Fort Collins' premier destinations for dining and craft cocktails. As a member of our opening team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the culture, standards, and guest experience from day one. What You'll Do Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards Deliver exceptional guest experiences at the bar and throughout the restaurant Build rapport with guests while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere Demonstrate strong knowledge of beverage menus and make recommendations Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Follow all responsible alcohol service laws and company policies Assist with inventory, stocking, and opening/closing procedures Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Outstanding guest service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable attendance and punctuality Team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Our Opening Team?
