Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol serving regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and retail math principles; perform cashiering duties as needed. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, tracking sales, and minimizing waste. Uphold food safety standards related to food handling and beverage preparation at all times. Contribute to a lively atmosphere suitable for nightclubs or other entertainment venues by managing crowd flow responsibly. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally. Experience serving in high-volume environments requiring excellent time management skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Previous retail math or hospitality experience demonstrating accuracy in cash handling and sales transactions. Background in catering or food industry roles that involve serving large groups or events is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations.
