Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated hospitality professional to join our team as a Bartending Manager at Yeti, one of downtown Fort Collins' high-volume nightlife venues. Pay is base salary + Tips+ Aggressive Bonus Structure. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys nightlife, thrives in high-energy environments, and has the personality, patience, and social awareness to connect with a clientele primarily ranging from ages 21-29. The Bartending Manager owns daily operations of the bar — including hiring, firing, training, scheduling, inventory, and the full managerial scope of running a busy bar program night in and night out. What You'll Do Oversee all daily and nightly bar operations at Yeti Hire, fire, train, schedule, and develop the bartending and bar-support team Lead bartenders and barbacks during high-volume shifts and set the standard on the floor Maintain strong inventory controls, ordering systems, and pour cost management Ensure consistent quality control, drink execution, and guest experience Assist with and execute social media initiatives Contribute to menu and product development — cocktails, specials, and seasonal programming Build and maintain strong community and guest relationships Handle cash management, daily reconciliation, and reporting to ownership Enforce all responsible alcohol service laws, ID policies, and house rules What We're Looking For Proven nightlife or bar management experience (REQUIRED) Someone who genuinely enjoys and understands nightlife culture Strong ability to connect with and manage a 21-29-year-old clientele High level of patience, emotional intelligence, and situational awareness Confident leadership presence with the ability to manage both staff and guests effectively Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly between different environments and teams Experience hiring, coaching, and (when necessary) terminating staff with professionalism Integrity, accountability, and professionalism Schedule & Availability Must have open availability Required to be on the floor during all high-volume nights: Thursday, Friday, Saturday + special events Typical evening shift: 7:30 PM - 2:30 AM One weekly daytime shift (Mon or Tues) for: inventory & ordering, staff management, operational planning Compensation Competitive salary based on experience + performance bonuses Salary structure negotiable based on experience Advancement opportunities within our growing group of venues Who This Role Is For This role is best suited for someone who: Feeds off the energy of a busy nightlife environment Is just as comfortable talking to guests as they are leading a team Takes ownership of the bar program and treats it like their own Understands that success in this role comes from building relationships, reading the room, and staying composed under pressure Apply Now!
