In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will contribute to a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether mixing cocktails, serving food, or engaging with patrons, you'll play a vital role in delivering a top-tier customer experience in a fast-paced environment, leaving guests better than you found them. This is a brand new space, so you will have the opportunity to curate an incredible culture with the team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Manage POS systems and cash handling with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, while providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy hours, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Stay informed about beverage trends, brewing techniques, and menu updates to enhance guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in higher end establishments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in food handling, food safety practices, and responsible alcohol service is required. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service. Knowledge of the food industry standards related to serving and food safety regulations enhances your effectiveness in this role. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments.
