This role requires a strong knowledge of beverage preparation, excellent time management skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, and banquet settings. Prior experience with POS systems like Toast and Open-table is preferred, along with a solid understanding of food safety and hospitality standards. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, sake, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy hours using POS systems such as Toast and Open-table. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events when required. Uphold all health and safety standards related to food handling and beverage service. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or mixology, preferably in fine dining, nightclubs, or fast paced environments. Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast and Open-table is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math calculations. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in hospitality settings such as nightclubs or catering events is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including nights; previous restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
