About the Role We are seeking a polished, high-performing Bartender with a passion for fine dining and exceptional guest service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an upscale environment, has strong technical skills behind the bar, and takes pride in delivering a refined, consistent guest experience. You will play a key role in executing a thoughtfully crafted beverage program while creating memorable interactions with every guest. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and elevated service to every guest Guide guests through cocktail, wine, and spirits selections with confidence Create a welcoming, polished bar atmosphere aligned with a fine dining experience Beverage Execution Prepare cocktails with precision, consistency, and attention to presentation Execute established recipes and standards for all beverages Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and seasonal offerings Bar Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times Accurately track orders and handle transactions efficiently Support inventory practices and minimize waste Quality & Standards Ensure all drinks meet presentation and quality expectations Maintain attention to detail in glassware, garnish, and overall presentation Follow all health, safety, and liquor compliance regulations Team Collaboration Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment Qualifications 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably in upscale or high-volume environments Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine Ability to execute drinks with consistency and efficiency under pressure Excellent communication and guest service skills High attention to detail and sense of urgency TIPS certification or willingness to obtain Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience in fine dining or craft cocktail environments Formal training or certifications in spirits or wine (WSET, CSS, etc.) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tips Health benefits including medical, dental, and vision (Full time employees) Paid time off and accrued sick time Opportunity to work in a high-end, team-driven environment Growth opportunities within a flagship restaurant concept Equal Opportunity Employer Typhoon Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
