We pride ourselves on warm hospitality, consistency, and creating memorable moments for our guests. Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality beverages, providing engaging guest service, and maintaining an efficient and organized bar environment. What You'll Do Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests Provide attentive and friendly service both at the bar and for service tickets Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and menu offerings Ensure accuracy and timeliness when fulfilling drink orders Engage with guests to create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere Monitor guest consumption and uphold responsible alcohol service standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the bar area Accurately process payments and handle cash/credit transactions Work closely with service staff and kitchen to ensure smooth operations Qualifications 1-2 years of bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mindset Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation & Benefits $12.14 per hour + tips Flexible scheduling Opportunity to work in a unique, high-volume, and historic Colorado restaurant Supportive and team-oriented environment How to Apply If you're passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional experiences, we'd love to meet you!
