The Neon Mallard-Craft cocktail bar • Full-time & Part-time We're a classy, cocktail bar with a deep menu built around the craft. We're looking for a bartender/server who treats the craft seriously and brings genuine creativity to the glass. What you'll be doing Executing a large, spirit-forward cocktail menu with precision and consistency Developing creative seasonal and weekly specials that fit our aesthetic Guiding guests through the menu and making confident recommendations What we're looking for Solid knowledge of classic and Prohibition-era cocktails (stirred, shaken, and built) Understanding of spirits A creative eye for specials that feel cohesive with a vintage-inspired program Professional, polished demeanor in an upscale environment Ability to manage a full bar station during busy service without cutting corners Experience behind the bar in a craft cocktail or fine dining setting A friendly, positive, and collaborative personality that enjoys their craft and strives to elevate the team.
