Job Description
Join our team for an exciting summer season! We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Servers/Bartenders (21+) to provide exceptional guest service in our restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment serving golfers, event guests, tournaments, weddings, and community gatherings. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional food and beverage service Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards Take guest orders and make menu recommendations Assist with weddings, tournaments, banquets, and special events Process cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and bar areas Restock inventory and supplies as needed Promote featured menu items, beverages, and specials Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines Work closely with team members to ensure outstanding guest experiences Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older Previous serving experience required Bar experience preferred Banquet or event service experience a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work days or evening shifts, rotating weekends, Summer holidays, and special events Benefits Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunity for additional hours through events and banquets Fun, team-oriented work environment Job Details Part-Time, and Seasonal positions available
