Jun 29, 2026 Be an early applicant Required Years of Experience 1 year Job Details We're opening a cocktail bar and coffee shop in Steamboat Springs this summer and are looking for a skilled, personable Bartender to join our opening team. This is a chance to be part of a new concept from the ground up and contribute to a bar program built on craft and hospitality. Responsibilities Execute cocktails and beverage service with consistency and attention to detail Deliver genuine, engaged hospitality to every guest Support bar prep, cleanliness, and organization throughout the shift Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure smooth service Uphold the standards set by the bar program What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of bartending experience; craft cocktail environment preferred Solid foundation in classic cocktails and spirits knowledge A hospitality-first mindset with strong communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Must be of legal serving age Compensation Minimum wage + tips
