Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and customer preferences Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders swiftly and accurately, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by serving drinks promptly and professionally Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order calculations Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage presentation is a plus Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
