Bartender (AM)

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our bar, creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, customer service, and creating a welcoming environment. Your skills will help us deliver top-notch service and keep the good times flowing. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and standards. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about drinks and menu items. Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently using Toast POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to safety and handling regulations. Requirements Previous experience as a bartender or in food service/hospitality is highly preferred; experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders smoothly during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and bill splitting. Shifts are primarily days (10:30 AM - 4:00 PM), working our lunch and Happy Hour. Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, afternoons, weekends. 25-35 hours per week.
