Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a skilled and energetic Bartender, where you'll craft memorable experiences by mixing exceptional drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a lively atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and enforce responsible serving policies. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving drinks promptly and managing the bar setup. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while managing time effectively in a high-energy environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with cash handling and cashiering procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in food safety, food handling, and beverage preparation. Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of food industry standards related to brewing, food service, catering, and retail environments.
