Our vibrant venue showcases the world's finest steaks, aged in our patented salt-brick aging room, alongside seafood, chops, and innovative dishes. Job Overview We're seeking dynamic Bartenders to deliver exceptional drinking and dining experiences. Ideal candidates will excel at crafting classic and creative cocktails, meeting and exceeding guest expectations. Knowledge of wine and spirits is a strong advantage. Responsibilities Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests Engage with customers, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks Assess guest preferences and provide personalized recommendations Mix ingredients to create cocktails and follow established recipes Verify customer IDs to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, restocking inventory as needed Prioritize guest satisfaction and foster a welcoming atmosphere Adhere to all food and beverage regulations Handle cash and payments accurately Requirements & Skills 2+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and passion for the food and beverage industry Ability to keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods Experience with Toast POS is a plus Relevant training or certification is a bonus but not required Why Join Us?
