The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in cash handling and food safety will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Provide excellent hospitality by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor guest consumption levels and ensure responsible service of alcohol. Assist with banquet services as needed, including setting up bars for events and serving drinks during functions. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including brewing methods for coffee and tea. Excellent cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or POS systems. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to alcohol service is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands.
