• Part-time, Contract Outer Light Brewing Company is looking for outgoing, reliable, beer-loving individuals to join our taproom team as part-time bartenders.

Our taproom is a fast-paced, community-focused environment where hospitality and craft beer knowledge go hand in hand. We're looking for team members who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a social atmosphere, and can help create a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through the door.

Responsibilities:

Serve beer and other beverages in a friendly and professional manner Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the taproom and bar areas Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Assist with opening/closing duties and general taproom operations Help promote a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

Qualifications:

Bartending or hospitality experience preferred Must be 18+ (21+ preferred) Weekend and evening availability required Strong communication and people skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Passion for craft beer and customer service
