Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier customer service while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.   • 9pm Thursday 3 pm
  • 9 pm Friday late night 9 pm
  • 1 am Saturday 10 am
  • 1 am Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile cash drawers at shift end. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclubbing activities while managing time effectively during busy periods. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food industry knowledge. Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles demonstrating exceptional customer service skills is advantageous.
