Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings. Restock supplies, garnishes, and beverages efficiently to meet high-volume demands. Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills and basic math proficiency. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service, preferably within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks seamlessly. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales transactions accurately. Previous experience with catering or food industry roles is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial.
