Job Description
Company Overview Turnbridge is dedicated to transforming the lives of young adults and teens struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. With nearly 20 years of experience, we utilize a comprehensive three-phased approach to treatment that emphasizes reintegration into everyday life through clinical best practices and supportive services. Summary We are seeking a Part-time Barn Staff to work in our private equine facility 15-20 hours a week. Responsibilities and Requirements Experience handling horses, including turnout, grooming, bathing, feeding and medicating. Must be knowledgeable about signs and symptoms of illness or injury. Ability to perform all daily chores, including but not limited to, stall mucking, mucking outdoor paddocks and pastures, cleaning, dusting, stacking hay and carrying grain bags. Must be able to lift over 50lbs. Must be punctual and dependable. Ability and desire to work with teenagers teaching basic horsemanship a plus.
