Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service. Engage guests with energetic dancing and lively interactions to enhance their experience and promote a fun atmosphere. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining strict food safety standards. Take orders for food and drinks, ensuring proper serving techniques in settings ranging from nightclubs to banquet events. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food handling regulations and health codes. Assist in catering events or special functions by providing exceptional customer service and supporting food service operations. Use excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while delivering top-tier hospitality. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or fine dining venues. Experience in food industry roles such as bartending, serving, or banquet service; nightclub or catering experience is highly valued. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and sales calculations. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Ability to perform energetic dancing routines that entertain guests while maintaining professionalism. Background in hospitality or food service industries, including restaurant experience or retail math proficiency, is preferred.
