Duties Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast , ensuring quick and friendly service Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling procedures Prepare and craft cocktails, beers, and other drinks in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests Maintain cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and dining spaces to uphold health standards Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS for order entry and transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service abilities to create welcoming experiences for diverse guests Experience in fine dining, nightclub environments, or banquet settings is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining professionalism Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to liquor laws Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes a difference!
