Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food, drinks, and cocktails with professionalism, flair, and adherence to food safety standards Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including bar stations and dining spaces Assist with setup and breakdown for special events like banquets or catering functions Uphold all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for guests and staff Skills Proven experience as a server or bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working in the food industry, including catering or retail environments is a plus Ability to thrive in fast-paced hospitality settings while maintaining a positive attitude Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service in an energetic environment!
