Bartender

Hop & Vine is a revolutionary self-pour taproom, featuring 69 automated taps on our state-of-the-art draft walls. We offer an evolving selection of Connecticut-based craft beers, global wines, ciders, and seltzers as well as a full kitchen. At this time, we are looking to hire Front Of House Server/Bartenders to join our team!

Duties:

Deliver outstanding customer service from the front hostess stand. Warmly greet customers and address their inquiries promptly and courteously. Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the front-end area. Support in bussing, running food, and fostering customer engagement. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and enjoyable experience for customers.

Experience:

Prior experience in food handling, food preparation, or hospitality is essential. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices. Additional experience as a banquet server, bartender, or in a similar role is a strong asset. Demonstrated strong customer service skills, adept at resolving inquiries effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift bins of plates and trash cans.
