Bartender's responsibilities include greeting and serving members and their guests, preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, providing detailed information on bar menus and specialty drinks. Working in a beautiful setting alongside a professional and friendly team, you will have the opportunity to interact with members and guests from all over the world. This position offers a platform for career growth within the hospitality industry and requires commitment to excellence and service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of the bar.
• Interact verbally with all bar guests, creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Set up, maintain and clean the bar. Uphold our high sanitation and safety standards.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories.
• Follow correct accounting procedures
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism. 1 years minimum of bartending experience, club experience preferred. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Seasonal bonus incentives may be offered.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to bend, reach, and lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment
