Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food handling. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs seamlessly. Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and ensure proper serving techniques to uphold health standards. Assist in setting up the bar area for service, restocking supplies, and cleaning workstations at the end of shifts. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately. Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
