Part-Time Only Focus Social Club is seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team. Focus is a dynamic multi-purpose venue that blends hospitality, community, and nightlife under one roof. By day, the space operates as a creative co-working environment , Happy hour, restaurant, and by night it transforms into a vibrant social lounge and event destination. Focus hosts a wide range of experiences including brunch service, private events, corporate gatherings, birthday celebrations, networking events, and nightlife programming. Our bartenders play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences across all of these environments while maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care Provide friendly, engaging, and professional service to all guests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times Accurately ring in orders using the POS system and handle payments responsibly Upsell menu items, cocktails, and specials when appropriate Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and side work Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and management to ensure smooth service Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of bartending experience required Must be available for both day and night shifts Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to work weekends and special events What We Offer A positive, team-focused work environment Competitive hourly pay plus tips Flexible scheduling within part-time availability Opportunities to work private events, corporate gatherings, and special activations A creative, community-driven atmosphere If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy building connections, and can confidently work both daytime and evening shifts, Focus SocialClub would love to meet you.
