Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at the end of shifts with accuracy using retail math skills. Assist in setting up for events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management proactively. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, restaurant, or hotel is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours. Background in fine dining or banquet service enhances your ability to cater to diverse guest preferences. Familiarity with the food industry, retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills ensures smooth operations during service. Excellent customer service skills coupled with a positive attitude will help you thrive in our hospitality-focused environment.
