In this role, you will craft innovative cocktails, serve beverages with precision, and foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in food safety, POS systems, and hospitality standards will ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through every interaction. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining excellent time management to ensure prompt service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during events like banquets or catering functions. Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and safety standards. Restock bar supplies regularly, manage inventory levels, and place orders as needed to prevent shortages. Promote sales by suggesting drink options and upselling specialty cocktails or beverages. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling, and responsible alcohol service. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele confidently. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate order processing. Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is essential; additional experience in brewing or catering is a plus.
