The ideal candidate has a following of regulars who will visit consistently as well as the ability to build new clientele. Candidate will be given opportunity to build a bar program in his or her image to meet sales goals. If you're ambitious, have a built-in following and the ability to grow it, this is a great opportunity in a busy, growing neighborhood. Flexible hours but must be able to work Friday and Saturday evenings. Responsibilities Make good drinks. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Be on-time and reliable. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Upsell beverages and promote specials to increase sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction. Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Build a clientele. Experience This is not a job for an inexperienced bartender. To succeed here, the candidate must know the industry and its nuances and be able to contribute to building a business, a task for which the candidate will be given the needed tools, assistance and support from management.
Pay:
$18.00 - $40.00 per hour
