The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and effectively communicate with both patrons and staff. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an extensive knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and garnishes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Ensure compliance with all food handling and safety regulations while maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Assist with catering events as needed, providing bartending services in various settings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as necessary. Uphold the establishment's standards for fine dining service in all interactions. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or fine dining environment is preferred. Familiarity with food service operations and catering is a plus. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must possess valid food handling certification where required by law. Previous experience using cash registers or POS systems is advantageous.
