Chadol Korean BBQ DC is seeking a Bartender to join our team! Job Summary We are looking for a bartender familiar with Korean drinks like soju. You'll prepare cocktails, maintain a clean and organized bar, and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance our guests' experience. This role offers a steady pace and competitive pay in a welcoming Korean BBQ environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including Korean drinks like soju, following standard recipes and customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils Engage with guests by offering drink recommendations and ensuring a positive experience Monitor and manage inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Assist with setup and service for special events or banquets as required Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in a dine-in restaurant environment Familiarity with Korean alcoholic beverages, especially soju and soju-based cocktails, is required Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Punctual with excellent attendance — being on time is essential Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service Join us as we create unforgettable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages!
