Position Overview:

 We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of classic cocktails and the ability to perform in a high volume, fast paced environment with a smile and more than 3 years experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Proper handling of cash and credit card transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Ensure consistent, high-quality service Address guest concerns and complaints with grace and efficiency Maintain a thorough knowledge of classic cocktails Work closely with team members and communicate effectively Work along side management in seasonal cocktail development, inventory & staff trainings

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bartender in an equal caliber restaurant Understanding of Greek cuisine + Passion for cocktails Ability to handle high-volume high-pressure situations Knowledge of Micros Excellent organizational and multitasking skills A warm, approachable demeanor and a genuine passion for hospitality Weekend, and morning availability required
