As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our patrons, whether in a restaurant, nightclub, or fine dining setting. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and build rapport. Process orders efficiently using cash registers or Aloha POS systems. Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and ordering supplies as needed. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests. Skills Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or nightclub environment. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Familiarity with cash register operations and Aloha POS systems is preferred. Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage presentation techniques. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Sales skills to promote drink specials and enhance the guest experience.
