• Minimum 3 years within the wine industry (restaurants, retail, or production)
• Professional certifications from Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirits Education Trust, or Society of Wine Educators.
• Advanced knowledge of Italian wines and regions
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and POS system(s) What we expect from you

• Contribute to weekly staff education meetings

• Learn and develop customer service skills Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and assist the entire front of the house team with all aspects of service
• Navigating an extensive wine list with over 1300 selections, centered around Italy and Burgundy.
• Assisting with monthly inventory
• Assisting with daily ordering, restocking, and organizing wine cellar
• Promoting and executing monthly wine dinners and educational events for the public Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift over 50lbs occasionally
