Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Toast POS and Upserve POS to process orders, payments, and refunds seamlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events. Handle cashing out transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light fare to complement drinks. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in restaurants, fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings; hospitality or food industry background preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS and UpServe POS; experience with retail math and basic math skills required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
