Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced cash drawers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to promote safety. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order entry. Experience in food industry roles such as serving or catering enhances your suitability for this position. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event times in a fast-paced environment.
