Bartender

Overview We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to serve guests in a fast-paced setting, utilizing your expertise in beverage preparation, food safety, and retail math. The successful candidate will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our patrons while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure excellent customer service. Manage multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and glassware as needed throughout shifts. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety. Requirements Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink mixing ratios. Exceptional customer service skills with a personable demeanor suitable for diverse clientele. Previous experience serving in the food industry or retail environment is preferred. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or special event shifts as needed.
