In this role you are responsible for beverage hospitality and services in the bar, lounge and other social areas in the community.

Responsibilities:

Provides hospitality beverage service to residents, family members and guests while maintaining and exceeding hospitality and service standards. Assists residents with beverage selections and responds to pertinent questions about beverage items. Practices safe, sanitary food and beverage handling and service. Reports any changes and/or concerns about resident beverage consumption or change of conditions to supervisor. Maintains neat and sanitized work area. Cleans and resets tables for hospitality service. Prepares the set up the bar and lounge for service. Restocks the bar for next day service. Assists in receiving of liquor and beverage supplies, and stocking according to oldest date first. Completes closing register reports. Maintains communications with Supervisor regarding inventory of products and services. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Culinary services and bartending experience preferred. Certification may be required per state requirements. Must comply with minimum age requirement per state regulations to serve alcohol (18 years of age in the state of Florida).
