The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Duties:

• Prepare and serve drinks to patrons following standard recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Monitor and manage inventory levels

• Skills:

• Proficient in food handling practices
• Knowledge of POS systems
• Strong retail math skills for handling payments and making change
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience with banquet or event bartending is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Hospitality-focused with excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is advantageous
