Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit transactions responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Monitor guest consumption and behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery in various settings including nightclubs and fine dining venues. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in diverse settings such as fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality or speed. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink measurements. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Previous experience in retail math, catering, brewing or hospitality industries is highly desirable.
