This role involves providing support to the service team in attending to customers and maintaining a clean and orderly environment in the dining area.

Duties:

Assist the staff team in preparing the dining area before service, including setting up tables and replenishing supplies. Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and professionally, following established service standards. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area, including sweeping, clearing empty plates and glasses, and cleaning tables between each service. Greet customers warmly and answer their questions about products. Collaborate with the team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and meet service quality standards. Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality industry. Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers and coworkers. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Flexibility to work on weekends, and holidays as needed.
