Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with skill and efficiency, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of specialty drinks and menu items. Manage POS system Toast to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced registers. Maintain thorough knowledge of food safety standards, responsible alcohol service policies, and proper food handling procedures. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked by monitoring inventory levels and replenishing supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, alcohol service, and general cleanliness to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests alike. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality customer service. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and food industry standards related to food handling and safety. Experience working in hospitality or food service environments that require excellent multitasking skills. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals are necessary. Prior retail or restaurant experience involving sales techniques will be advantageous in engaging guests and promoting offerings.
