Hourly + Tips Join the Team Stoners Pizza Joint is looking for energetic, outgoing, and hospitality-driven bartenders to help create an exceptional guest experience. We're building a team that takes pride in great service, works well together, and knows how to keep the atmosphere fun, professional, and welcoming. What You'll Do Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming bar environment Engage with guests while maintaining professionalism and efficiency Verify identification and ensure responsible alcohol service Accurately enter orders and process payments through the POS system Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar throughout the shift Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies as needed Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and classic cocktails Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Must meet all state and local requirements for alcohol service
