- Part-time, Full-time Overview We are seeking energetic, experienced bartenders to join our waterfront restaurant.

Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages efficiently in a high-volume setting, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems with precision and speed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and adherence to venue policies, especially during busy nightclub hours Restock bar supplies as needed, manage inventory levels, and communicate supply needs to management Skills Proven experience as a bartender in high-volume waterfront restaurants, Tiki bars, nightclubs, or banquet settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests and enhance their experience Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol service protocols Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals Experience with food industry operations including catering, banquet service, or retail food sales is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices Join us if you're ready to bring your bartending expertise to an energetic waterfront venue where every shift is an opportunity to create fun-filled moments!
