The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Duties Craft Cocktail Experience Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Operate POS and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service. Assist with catering events or banquets as required, ensuring timely service. Engage with customers in a friendly manner to enhance their experience. Qualifications Previous bartending experience is preferred ; willingness to learn is essential. Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems. Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus. Experience in food handling or catering services is beneficial. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
