are at the heart of the Casino @ Dania Beach. If you are an experienced bartender and have the passion for serving guests, we welcome you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Join our Team, where WORK = FUN What you will be doing Is responsible for overall cleanliness and appearance of the bar area. Prepares and services beverages for servers and guests in a quick, efficient, friendly and professional manner. Serves food to guests. Multi-tasks several orders at once. Ensures that guests are served in accordance to State and local guidelines regarding the service of alcohol, including checking identification. Determines when a guest has had too much alcohol and contacts the manager on duty or security for assistance. Processes payments. Maintains inventory of the bar. Maintains an opening and closing check list. Answers general customer inquiries as needed. All other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate for this position High School Diploma preferred. 3+ years of previous experience working as a Bartender preferred. Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages. Excellent communication skills. Enthusiastic and energetic. Must be able to stand for 8 hours. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Will be required to work a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends and holidays. May be required to assist customers in an open, well-ventilated, semi-enclosed terrace where cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted. Must apply and obtain the appropriate state occupational gaming license, which includes lifetime FBI criminal background check. Must pass drug testing as per company's Drug Free Workplace Policy and applicable background checks.
